etherpad: enforce bbb-pads session handling

At v2.5 we intoduced `bbb-pads` as a session manager for Etherpad.

Enabling `requireSession` and `editOnly` at Etherpad's settings closes
the HTTP access from all other sources besides `bbb-pads`.
