Subject: [PATCH] Bugfix for Bug: FeLaMiMail Compose link in FeLaMiMail SideBox
 Menu looses Functionality due to JavaScript Error when in Preferences:
 javascript Function openComposeWindow could not be found. BugFix: Using of
 egw_openWindowCentered with onclick.
