Fixes around contact_id, addressbook backend has issues with importing a record with a contact_id in it, it only works for matching for updates.

reworked import:
...
- cli import working fine now
- ui wizzard is broken atm. will also be reworked
- export definitions as xml files (see arrayxml functions in importexport)
- moved importexport stuff to own dir
