profile allowing the user to set there own profiles and signatures, if
no default imap server is defined in setup.

Allow to change the where VFS stores the content of files:
...
1. filesystem (default)
2. database (problems with files > 1mb)
3. custome set via filemanager/cli.php mount
--> If you can only access the docroot, you can use 2. AND set the files
directory to the path for temp. files
