several big changes in calendar:
...
- contacts as participants
- new participants view
- no more explicit view mode, event opens editable, if one has enough rights
--> if one is using trunk on a productive system, better wait 'til this had some testing

fix: strange behaviour on traditional posts in etemplate apps, caused by my ajax feature:"only process what is given". This freature allowes more flexibility in custom templates, but is now only applayed to xajax requests
