dff13373e1 1) fixed problem with not created account_email column, thanks to a direction from Manfred Usselmann 
2) moved all pre-1.0.0 updates to new tables_updates_0_9_14.inc.php, which gets now included as all to other "old" updates

19cbdcec1d killed a warning in xmlrpc from the kdepim list: 
HTML-formated Errors (see below) are returned instead of well formed XML.
Is this already solved in a later Version of eGroupware  or is this a special
setting that causes this behaviour ?

f3373faa2d - fixed export in the view (was Y/m/d format too) 
- allow to call export via an url ($_REQUEST instead of $_POST)
- some UI tweaks to for the Export button and others
- equaly high weeks in the month-view

f2b7d8deda Fix for the same bug as after the last import of a new adodb-version. 
I wonder, if someday all will start to patch instead of overwriting and committing.
Anyway, this bugfix will be part of the next ADODB release. See:

0a5573a0fe 1) using hint-values of auth class about name, group, email, primary-group in $GLOBALS['auto_create_acct'], as the sql-class already does 
2) using default group as specified in Setup >> Configuration for the primary group too, if none is given, this should fix also bug [ 958418 ] Registration problem with LDAP accounts
