CSS / Layout cleanup - better autosize
...
- let things inside box shrink, actual widget can decide minimums
- Slotted inputs take up full width by default
- More consistent sizing/position for invoker

- Dates have their input as slotted, not internal
- Selects have .select_options, not .get_select_options()
- Remove this.egw().lang() use from Et2InvokerMixin._invokerTemplate()
