classes are now uppercase and in their own files. lowercase classes are deprecated.
Interfaces are now actual interfaces that should be implemented instead of creating and returning an ai Object every time
- Removed rows could still have jQuery actions bound, resulting in errors
- Focused row was not cleared if it was removed, resulting in errors
- Fixed double get_rows call on refresh(..., update)
