Tracker CRM view fixes:

Browse Source 
- Do not lose called by when submitting, fixes tracker CRM view switching to all tickets when changing single/multi queue
- Fix js error using sidebox toolbar
- Fix wrong selectbox options in tracker nm when there are no rows for the entry
