a5be6a5016 * timesheet: fixed wrong sum for timesheets; 
the retrieval of the summary (sum of duration and sum of price) has to take care that the customfield table is not joined, as the join causes a multiplication of the sum per customfield found; joining of the cutomfield table is triggered by criteria being set with either a string or an array, for this reason we set it to false, and pass the criteria as filter

33c6766c88 - fixed xul_io class not exporting id of tab 
- fixed tab widget to use id instead of label
- added attribute names for describtion (label) in xul_io, to export them as single attributes not comma-sep. as options
- added translate: true to description/label title
--> xet-files need to be dumped new, to get the tab-ids
--> seems like describtion value is translated unconditional, it should only be translated if no_lang attribute is not set or false, while label attribute is always translated (Andreas?)

fb5ea143be - returning checked state of all checkboxes, not only select_all, in $content[nm][checkboxes] 
- $content[nm][select_all] is now only reference to $content[nm][checkboxes][select_all]
- checkboxes need no default onExecute, therefore removed nm_select_all method
- improved documentation for action stuff in nextmatch widget
- added egwAction.getActionsByAttr(_attr, _val) method returning all actions with a given attribute and value

33bbd3465d - fixed bug in timesheet, success/error message of set category or status was not shown 
- using now a single (default) action Open, which opens a timesheet to edit or view depending on rights
- added phrases "Open" and "Whole query" to API/common, as they are used in many apps

6081a5749d timesheet context menus are now complete: 
- query all is moved into context menu
- legacy support only contains button to trigger context menu
- moved some common phrases into the API:
  + Delete this entry
  + Delete these entries
  + You need to select some entries first!
- support for singular and plural confirmation messages

- legacy actions column and multiple action row below table is switched off by default, but can be switched on again

8d2194f191 Fixed daylight saving change error using new egw_time class: 
At the date when the change occured - yesterday ;-) - starttimes where
wrong by one hour, because difference of timestamp of daystart and
current time was one hour more (because of the switch)

232252475f patch fixing many depricated functions (eg. posix regular expressions) and features, which fill up the error_log under php5.3 (and will no longer be available under php6). 
Patch is mostly created by script in egroupware/doc/fix_depricated.php in separate commit.
I do NOT advice to apply this patch to a production system (it's commited to trunk!), as the automatic modified regular expressions have a good change to break something ...

5261728792 Fixed not working custom fields: 
- SQL error when storing cfs
- csv export did not contain cfs (reported by Frank Becker)
- list did not contain cfs
- list caused check of attachments for every single entry, without
  displaying the attachments
- empty cf values got stored in db
--> had to rework the whole cf stuff :-(

71149c972f - fixed not copied constrains and milestones in PM templates 
- fixed not creatable milestones in templates
- when deleting a project you can now choose to delete the datasources
  of the elements (eg. InfoLog entries) too
- new stati 'template', 'nonactive' and 'archive' for InfoLog, which get
  not displayed by any standard filter, but choosing them from the
  status column filter
- InfoLog tasks in PM templates get now automatic activated, there stati
  is set depending of the percentage to not-started, in-progress or done
- changing the status of a project you can now choose to change the
  stati of InfoLog tasks (or other types having the needed stati) too

+ Both: allow to use ProjectManager and free project-names
 + None: use only free project-names
 + Full: use only ProjectManager
- new filter for none-selected for category and project

cd69f5bb27 - bugfix: [Save & New] lost links, now it can be used as a copy too 
- [Add] button is now also on the top rights of the list (custom dates are on the left now)
- instead of a start-date+time plus the duration, you can now specify the start+date (required) plus 2 out of the following 3: start-time, duration, end-time
- the end-time for new entries is set to the aktual time, so you only need to fill the duration for a task you just finished

5d29337843 - added/corrected rounding of quantity and prices 
- range-sums are only shown if the date-filter includes the full-range (otherwise you got an incorrect sum)
- day-sums only for less or equal 6 weeks
- more meaningful app-header / report title
- disabled owner column in print, if filtered by one owner
- state of details/no details is now saved in the user prefs, to be persistent over sessions
- minutes are allowed as additional input-unit for times
