Admin: Fix some errors deleting a group
...
- use the minified app.js
- export the JS class
- include the PHP command class explicitly so it's always found
- Make sure to send all expected parameters to ajax_delete_group

Most base files should be bundled server-side & included
rollup.config.js controls the process
Still needs work:
- consider /dist directory for best-practice
- cleanup
- other built-in apps
- EPL / external apps need Guy's multi-stage work
