DOM2 implimentation of document.importNode().<br />

This will import into the current document. In SVG it will create SVG nodes in HTML it will create HTML nodes....<br />

<b>deep</b> =true Import all childNodes recursively.<br />

<b>returns</b> The imported Node.<br />
