docs: Change protocol backslash (\\) to forwardslash (//) in README.md (#933)
Change protocol backslash to forwardslash in README.md Some of the text examples used `proto:\\` instead of `proto://`. The backslash is not correct and results in "panic: invalid endpoint testgroup-|-testendpoint: unknown endpoint type".
