1d5e871bdf [misc] Move shared components to shared directory (#4286) 
Moved the following directories:

```
  - management/client → shared/management/client
  - management/domain → shared/management/domain
  - management/proto → shared/management/proto
  - signal/client → shared/signal/client
  - signal/proto → shared/signal/proto
  - relay/client → shared/relay/client
  - relay/auth → shared/relay/auth
```

and adjusted import paths

731d3ae464 Exchange proxy mode via signal (#727) 
Before defining if we will use direct or proxy connection we will exchange a 
message with the other peer if the modes match we keep the decision 
from the shouldUseProxy function otherwise we skip using direct connection.

Added a feature support message to the signal protocol

4e5ee70b3d Load WgPort from config file and exchange via signal (#449) 
Added additional common blacklisted interfaces

Updated the signal protocol to pass the peer port and netbird version
