meta: Add keystrings
This makes it easier to edit in a tty if we need to do so.

[keystrings][keystrings] is a configuration file for the console.

## Use Cases

keystrings can be used to:

|
||||
- Make caps lock function as escape in ttys
|
||||
|
||||
You should not use keystrings if:
|
||||
|
||||
- You aren't editing in virtual consoles
|
||||
|
||||
