meta: Remove paru

Paru is no longer needed since I use Nix instead, which doesn't need an
AUR helper.

# paru
[paru][paru] is a new AUR helper for [Arch Linux](/.archlinux).
## Use Cases
paru can be used to:
- Easily check for updates of AUR packages
- Install packages faster (no typing sudo!)
- Clean unused dependencies easily (`-c`)
You should not use paru if:
- You want to use [yay][yay] instead.
