Revert "Remove xinit"

I may want to use this in the future and even if I don't use it it's not
going to have a significant impact on the computer, so I might as well
keep it here just in case.

[xinit][xinit] is used to run the X display server with `startx`.
## Use Cases
xinit can be used to:
- Start X from a tty
You should not use xinit if:
- You use a display manager that bypasses the tty
