chore: Simplify variable usage 
Changes made:

- Preferred "inherits" where possible
- Removed unnecessary comments
- Added variables to avoid duplicate strings
- Reduced usage of "with x;"

hyprland: Move home-specific parts to ./home 
Note that the modules are separated more to make it easier to use parts
of the graphical configuration in NixOS containers.
