Donovan Glover c93c4dc60f tari-core: Add missing packages

Note that plasma-integration is used for KDE theme support without
installing the entire plasma-desktop. The breeze_cursors theme is
included in the breeze package, and xorg-xsetroot is used to change
the default X shaped cursor to a pointer.

Tari - My Arch Linux setup

Arch Linux, a GNU/Linux distribution, lets you build your own environment. Since you only install what you want, it is easy to customize and control.
