Remove with-symlink-targets flag from ls (#2334)

Browse Source 
* Remove `with-symlink-targets` flag from `ls`

* Fix test to use `ls -l` to output all the columns of `ls`

* Fix error message

* Delete test that originally covered `ls -w`
