Removed variants that are no longer in use:
* `NoFile*`
* `UnexpectedAbbrComponent`

Converted:
* `OutsideSpannedLabeledError`
* `EvalBlockWithInput`
* `Break`
* `Continue`
* `Return`
* `NotAConstant`
* `NotAConstCommand`
* `NotAConstHelp`
* `InvalidGlobPattern`
* `ErrorExpandingGlob`
