document how to run dataframe tests as well (#9188)

We currently were not documenting how to run the dataframe tests also...

- Run all tests:

  ```shell
  cargo test --workspace
  ```

  along with dataframe tests

  ```shell
  cargo test --workspace --features=dataframe
  ```
