replace repeat().take() with repeat_n() (#15575)
# Description

This updates `string_expand()` in nu-table's util.rs to use the
`std::iter` library's `repeat_n()` function, which was suggested as a
more readable version of the existing `repeat().take()` implementation.

fix f25525b (#15500)
This addresses color issue; Yeees just got forgotten it :(
As far as I understand an acceptance test can't be created because ansi
got stripped in `nu!`. (for future regressions)

But wrapping I need to take a deeper look.
Maybe in an hour.

Revert "Fix #15394 for table -e wrapping issue" (#15498)
Reverts nushell/nushell#15407
Reopens https://github.com/nushell/nushell/issues/15394

@zhiburt Reverting due to some strange coloring I didn't notice before.
Notice the last row. This is the command that produced this table `help
commands | group-by command_type | get external`

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ea2d14e3-0efd-4ef2-a3a9-bccbf41a3eae)

This is what it looks like after the revert. Notice the column header
colors. Wrapping is also a little bit different even though my terminal
size didn't change. Notice `search_terms` was kind of eaten above.

Bump tabled to 0.17 (#14415)
With this comes a new `unicode-width` as I remember there was some issue
with `ratatui`.

And a bit of refactorings which are ment to reduce code lines while not
breaking anything.
Not yet complete, I think I'll try to improve some more places,
just wanted to trigger CI 😄

And yessssssssss we have a new `unicode-width` but I sort of doubtful,
I mean the original issue with emojie.
I think it may require an additional "clean" call.
I am just saying I was not testing it with that case of complex emojies.

Drop once_cell dependency (#14198)
This PR drops the `once_cell` dependency from all Nu crates, replacing
uses of the
[`Lazy`](https://docs.rs/once_cell/latest/once_cell/sync/struct.Lazy.html)
type with its `std` equivalent,
[`LazyLock`](https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/sync/struct.LazyLock.html).

Add an option to set header on border (style) (#9920)
fix #9796

Sorry that you've had the issues.
I've actually encountered them yesterday too (seems like they have
appeared after some refactoring in the middle) but was not able to fix
that rapid.

Created a bunch of tests.

cc: @fdncred

Note:

This option will be certainly slower then a default ones. (could be
fixed but ... maybe later).
Maybe it shall be cited somewhere.

PS: Haven't tested on a wrapped/expanded tables.

Revert "Add an option to move header on borders" (#9908)
Reverts nushell/nushell#9796

This is just draft since we're seeing some issues with the latest fixes
to table drawing that just landed with #9796. We're hoping to get these
fixed, but if we're not able to fix them before the next release, we'll
need to revert (hence this PR, just in case we need it).

Add an option to move header on borders (#9796)
A patch to play with.
Need to make a few tests after all.

The question is what shall be done with `table.mode = none`, as it has
no borders.

```nu
$env.config.table.move_header = true
```

Bump tabled dependency to 0.11 (#8922)
close? #8060

Quite a bit of refactoring took place.
I believe a few improvements to collapse/expand were made.

I've tried to track any performance regressions and seems like it is
fine.

I've noticed something different now with default configuration path or
something in this regard?
So I might missed something while testing because of this.

Requires some oversight.

Fix typos and use more idiomatic assertions (#7755)
I have changed `assert!(a == b)` calls to `assert_eq!(a, b)`, which give
better error messages. Similarly for `assert!(a != b)` and
`assert_ne!(a, b)`. Basically all instances were comparing primitives
(string slices or integers), so there is no loss of generality from
special-case macros,

I have also fixed a number of typos in comments, variable names, and a
few user-facing messages.

Fix table expand wrap in case no header is there (#7605)
ref #7598

To be honest I was not able to obtain such results in basic mode as you
@rgwood.
But I've got it in `table -e`.

So this must fix the `table -e` wrapping.

Could you verify if it got fixed?

Fix some issues with table wrapping of lists (#7598)
close #7591

I tend to think it must be addressed.
But I'd verify it @rgwood.

PS: I've noticed how `table -e` and `table` with the same width wraps a
bit differently sometimes. (I guess it also must be addressed......)
