Simplify column look-up in default (#13522) 
# Description
Since we make the promise that record keys/columns are exclusice we
don't have to go through all columns after we have found the first one.
Should permit some short-circuiting if the column is found early.

This crate contains the majority of our commands

We allow ourselves to move some of the commands in nu-command to nu-cmd-* crates as needed.

Internal Nushell crate

This crate implements components of Nushell and is not designed to support plugin authors or other users directly.
