Usage:
	cbt setgcpolicy <table> <family> ( maxage=<d> | maxversions=<n> )

	  maxage=<d>		Maximum timestamp age to preserve (e.g. "1h", "4d")
	  maxversions=<n>	Maximum number of versions to preserve
