webdav: nextcloud: fix must use /dav/files/USER endpoint not /webdav error

Before this change the regexp validating the endpoint URL was a bit
too strict allowing only /dav/files/USER.

This patch relaxes it allowing /dav/files/USER/dir/subdir etc.
