aed77a8fb2 tree-wide: replace /bin/bash with /usr/bin/env bash 
The latter is more portable, while the former only works on systems
where /bin/bash exists (or is symlinked appropriately).

8dc4c01209 build: make integration tests run better on macOS and Windows 
This changes as many of the integraton tests as possible so that they
use port forwarding rather than the docker IP directly.

Using the docker IP directly does not work on macOS and Windows as the
docker images are running in a VM rather than a container.

This adds the PORTS.md document to document which port numbers we are
using for which service as they need to be unique.

c7a2719fac sftp: implement --sftp-copy-is-hardlink to server side copy as hardlink 
If the server does not support hardlinks then it falls back to normal
copy.

10449c86a4 sftp: add --sftp-ssh to specify an external ssh binary to use 
This allows using an external ssh binary instead of the built in ssh
library for making SFTP connections.

This makes another integration test target TestSFTPRcloneSSH:

f31ab6d178 seafile: renew library password - fixes #6662 
Passwords for encrypted libraries are kept in memory in the server
and flushed after an hour.
This MR fixes an issue when the library password expires after 1 hour.

ec3cee89d3 fstest: switch to port forwarding now Owncloud disallows wildcards 
A recent security fix in the Owncloud container now causes it to
disallow wildcards in the OWNCLOUD_TRUSTED_DOMAINS setting.

This patch works around the problem by using port forwarding from the
host so we can keep the domain name constant.

c5bc857f9b sia: fix and enable integration tests #4514 
- setup correct path encoding (fixes backend test FsEncoding)
- ignore range option if file is empty (fixes VFS test TestFileReadAtZeroLength)
- cleanup stray files left after failed upload (fixes test FsPutError)
- rebase code on master, adapt backend for rclone context passing
- translate Siad errors to rclone native FS errors in sia errorHandler
- TestSia: return proper backend options from the script
- TestSia: use uptodate AntFarm image, nebulouslabs/siaantfarm is stale

docker.bash: work correctly with multi-ip containers (#5028) 
Currently if container under test has multiple IP addresses,
the `docker_ip` function from `docker.sh` will return a gibberish.
This patch makes it return the first address found.
Additionally, I apply shellcheck on `docker.sh`.

45e8bea8d0 testserver: Make Test{FTP,SFTP,Webdav}Rclone run the current rclone 
Before this change the tests were run against the previous stable
rclone/rclone docker image.

This unfortunately masked errors in the integration test server.

This change uses the currently installed rclone to run "rclone serve
ftp" etc. This is installed out of the current code by the integration
test server so will make a better test.

cd2c06f2a7 testserver: speed up seafile integration test 
Before every seafile integration test we run Seafile server in docker
environment. We don't have to sleep for 60 seconds to have everything ready before running integration test. We can assume everything is ready when Seafile webserver returns status code 200. Seafile Dockerfile (https://github.com/haiwen/seafile-docker/blob/master/image/seafile/Dockerfile) runs scripts/start.py where is defined that before init_seafile_server() we always wait for mysql wait_for_mysql() (https://github.com/haiwen/seafile-docker/blob/master/scripts/start.py)
