dropbox: improve "own App IP" instructions (#5325) 
Instructions in https://rclone.org/dropbox/#get-your-own-dropbox-app-id
are a little incomplete. I had to guess a few extra details to make things work.
This patch adds missing parts.

Fixes #5242

2e4b65f888 dropbox: add --dropbox-batch-mode flag to speed up uploading #5156 
This adds 3 upload modes for dropbox off, sync and async and makes
sync the default.

This should improve uploads (especially for small files) greatly.

2925e1384c Use binary prefixes for size and rate units 
Includes adding support for additional size input suffix Mi and MiB, treated equivalent to M.
Extends binary suffix output with letter i, e.g. Ki and Mi.
Centralizes creation of bit/byte unit strings.

fcba51557f dropbox: set visibility in link sharing when --expire is set 
Note that due to a bug in the dropbox SDK you'll need to set --expire
to access this.

dropbox: Add copyright detector info in limitations section in the docs 
Dropbox files protected by copyright can't be synced and results
in an error. This issue reflects that in the Dropbox's limitations
section to warn rclone users and give info about why this error
occurs due that by default Dropbox API doesn't give enough info.

6381959850 dropbox: support Dropbox content hashing scheme - fixes #1302 
* add support to hashing module
  * add dbhashsum to list the hashes
  * add support to dropbox module

This means objects up and downloaded to/from Dropbox will have their
hashes checked.

Note after this change local objects are calculating MD5, SHA1 and
DBHASH which is excessive and needs to be fixed.

1d9e76bb0f dropbox: remove datastore - Fixes #55 #84 
This means that dropbox no longer stores MD5SUMs and modified times.

Fixup the tests so that blank MD5SUMs are ignored, and that if
Precision is set to a fs.ModTimeNotSupported, ModTimes can be ignored too.

This opens the door for other FSs which don't support metadata easily.
