1f255a8567 Add a mega.nz remote 
Not supported yet:
  * Hash
  * ModTime
  * Server Side Copy

Otherwise fully functional and passing all the tests.

b183bd7f00 alias: add new backend to create aliases for remote names 
The alias backend is a wrapper for an existing remote.
It allows you to name a "remote:path" as an "alias:".
