To unsubscribe:</p> <ul> <li> <p align="left">Follow the same link above that you used to subscribe to the list.</p> </li> <li> <p align="left">Down at the bottom of that page is the following text: "To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, <b>or unsubscribe</b> from <name of list>), enter your subscription email address:".
