meta: Revert recent dotfile removals
Although removing these dotfiles gave the repository a clean feeling, it
made it significantly harder to resume using a certain window manager or
other tool at any time.

Instead of removing dotfiles entirely, it's enough to simply not install
the programs you don't want to use, or even install them but not open
them.

meta: Remove dunst
Since I now use GNOME, I no longer need to worry about configuring a
separate program to show notifications. Although GNOME notifications
aren't nearly as customizable, they match the theme of the desktop
environment and get the job done.

dunst: Change frame settings
As far as I remember, these changes simply make the frame around dunst
notifications look nicer across more color schemes.

dunst: Increase font size
As far as I remember, this change was useful to make the text size
look nice next to the cover image from mpd notify.

dunst: Increase icon size
This made mpd notifications look great at the expense of all
notifications having large icons.

dunst: Increase width of notifications
Since I use GNOME now, dunst isn't needed, although I feel like the
dunst notifications looked cooler than the GNOME ones since they also
followed the color scheme of the environment.

meta: Use normal dpi settings for now
Since the device we're using is normal DPI, we have to manually adjust
these two values. Note that the rest of the setup is mostly automated
when it comes to determining the size of things.

Revert "Remove dunst"
I actually switch between bspwm, sway, and other desktop environments
depending on how I feel now, and use dunst for bspwm.

Remove dunst
dunst actually has Wayland support but I'd like to try something else
for now, possibly something more "sway-like".

wal: Modularize done.sh
Instead of trying to do everything at once, done.sh will instead call
other scripts for each individual program that needs to be manipulated.

docs: Add READMEs for compton, dunst, and zathura
Since my dotfiles are now sorted by individual programs instead of in
groups, I'm trying a new README format. This format should provide more
useful information and be easier to read as well.

stow: Split bspwm into separate packages
It turns out that placing similar config files (i.e. bspwm-related) in
the same directory is not the way to go about handling dotfiles since
each config file (or dotfile) *should* manipulate only a single program.

This was not the case back when I used urxvt (which would require the
old method of .Xresources), but now that I understand more about how
*modern* dotfiles work (with $XDG_CONFIG_HOME), separating dotfiles by
program became the obvious choice.
