ranger: Add devicons
It feels like this doesn't improve readability that much if at all, but
it's nice to have the option.

meta: Use kitty instead of ueberzug
Since ueberzug only works in X, and since ranger previews currently
conflict with tmux due to a new python version on arch linux, ueberzug
has no real advantage besides making image previews work in alacritty,
which I ultimately decided against due to how it handles fcitx input on
Xorg.

ranger: Use ueberzug for image previews
Now image previews will work in tmux, and in other terminals besides
kitty.

meta: Remove launch dependency
Now that I know how to use terminal multiplexers, and now that I
understand more about how shells and terminals work, the launch
dependency is no longer necessary.

Additionally, *too many* abbreviations is difficult to use in the long
term, no matter how short the commands are. Since I don't need to launch
programs from the terminal as often anymore (now that I use rofi and
other programs), this change makes sense.

stow: Split extras into separate packages
Instead of "hiding" dotfiles in an extra group, it is easier to use
separate packages for each unique set of files. Since I'm working on
making my setup more modular, and since I can stow all my dotfiles with
a single command anyway, this configuration is more appealing now.

Update ranger config
As much as I *not* want to use ranger, it is still very much useful for
easily seeing the structure of your files at a glance. To make
maintenance simpler for me, I removed some of the config settings I
never used and removed image previews since I can just use a proper
desktop environment for that.
