paru
paru is a new AUR helper for Arch Linux.
Use Cases
paru can be used to:
- Easily check for updates of AUR packages
- Install packages faster (no typing sudo!)
- Clean unused dependencies easily (
-c)
You should not use paru if:
- You want to use yay instead.
