b6097fa156 SyncML Content Handling 
* Improved find-methods
* Timezone support for InfoLog
* SyncML Preferences
    - addressbook and address list are now joined
    - Primary User Group for addressbook and calendar
* SlowSync uses old mapping information (can be disabled within the preferences)
