- Add year_range attributes to set the options in the year dropdown
- Experimental min and max attributes
Custom fields:
- Allow to set attributes in options field for some widget types (not ones that lists of options)

aa7edce3b4 Some fixes on mail integration: 
- Fix save as raw eml file and send it as attachment
- Fix mail_import in infolog,tracker and calendar does not include raw mail eml attachment as link
- Some IDE clean up for mail and tracker
