Andreas Stöckel 86414e7daa Moved 'getValues' function to etemplate2 class, added 'et2_surroundingsMgr' class, which is capable of managing DOM-Nodes which are inserted around an widget (see set_label function in et2_input and showMessage function in et2_baseWidget as an example of how to use it), added parsing server side validation errors
