Fix SQLite table creation sql (#8430)

# Description

The "CREATE TABLE" statement in `into sqlite` does not add quotes to the
column names, reproduction steps are below:

/home/xxx〉[[name,y/n];[a,y]] | into sqlite test.db
Error:
