Subject: [PATCH] pin to a version of zstd that doesn't break dataframe
 compilation (#7227)

# Description

The `zstd` team released a version that breaks dataframe compilation.
This change pins to `zstd-sys = "=2.0.1+zstd.1.5.2"` in order to prevent
the required `+nightly` build flag.
