The new-shortcut.ps1 PowerShell Script

This PowerShell script creates a new shortcut file.

Parameters

new-shortcut.ps1 [[-shortcut] <String>] [[-target] <String>] [[-description] <String>] [<CommonParameters>]

-shortcut <String>
    Specifies the shortcut filename
