open-cortana.ps1 - Launches the Cortana app

This PowerShell script launches the Cortana application.

Parameters

open-cortana.ps1 [<CommonParameters>]

[<CommonParameters>]
    This script supports the common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction, 
    WarningVariable, OutBuffer, PipelineVariable, and OutVariable.
