cd-root.ps1 - Sets the working directory to the root directory (C:\ on Windows)

This script changes the working directory to the root directory (C:\ on Windows).

Parameters

cd-root.ps1 [<CommonParameters>]

[<CommonParameters>]
    This script supports the common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction,
