## The *tell-quote.ps1* Script
This PowerShell script selects a random quote in Data/quotes.csv and speaks it by text-to-speech (TTS).
## Parameters

[<CommonParameters>]
This script supports the common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction,
