PowerShell Script: switch-shelly1.ps1

switch-shelly1.ps1 [<Host>] [<TurnMode>] [<Timer>]

Switches a Shelly1 device in the local network (Host is either a hostname or IP address, TurnMode is either 'on', 'off', or 'toggle')
