open-snipping-tool.ps1 - Starts the Snipping Tool

This script launches the Snipping Tool application.

Parameters

open-snipping-tool.ps1 [<CommonParameters>]

[<CommonParameters>]
    This script supports the common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction, 
    WarningVariable, OutBuffer, PipelineVariable, and OutVariable.
