This script replies to "Say hello" by text-to-speech (TTS).

Parameters

say-hello.ps1 [<CommonParameters>]

[<CommonParameters>]
    This script supports the common parameters: Verbose, Debug, ErrorAction, ErrorVariable, WarningAction,
