Use XDG data directory for fish import (#851) ...

* Use XDG data directory for fish import

On MacOS, atuin was looking for fish history under "$HOME/Library/Application Support".

Now atuin honors XDG_DATA_HOME, if set, and otherwise uses "$HOME/.local/share".
