- Add year_range attributes to set the options in the year dropdown
- Experimental min and max attributes

b558a82cac Do not remove rows that just have not changed. 
Fixes linking two rows caused them to disappear.

- Fix save as raw eml file and send it as attachment
- Fix mail_import in infolog,tracker and calendar does not include raw mail eml attachment as link
- Some IDE clean up for mail and tracker
