389486793d - config is now cached on instance level 
- arrays in $GLOBALS[egw_info][server] are now automatically serialized and unserialized
- new static method to check if user is export-limit excepted
--> saves to query it on each request (for non-phpgwapi, which was already cached in the session)

502ac42923 - etemplate_widget_transformer abstract baseclass to define new widgets using a transformation out of existing widgets 
- defines a syntax to describe how the widget is build out of existing widgets
--> reimplemented contact-widget using that aproach on serverside for old etemplate
--> sending the modifications via etemplate_widget::setElementAttribute() to the client fails, because client does not support changing the widget type
--> need to be implemented on the client

- sending evtl. necessary no_lang attribute via modifications to client
- deprecated template->(get|set|disable)_cell(_attribute) in favor of new etemplate_widget::(get|set|disable)Element(Attribute)
--> options via sel_options are currenlty not working on clientside

33c6766c88 - fixed xul_io class not exporting id of tab 
- fixed tab widget to use id instead of label
- added attribute names for describtion (label) in xul_io, to export them as single attributes not comma-sep. as options
- added translate: true to description/label title
--> xet-files need to be dumped new, to get the tab-ids
--> seems like describtion value is translated unconditional, it should only be translated if no_lang attribute is not set or false, while label attribute is always translated (Andreas?)

0aa128b53e Loading translations like other javascript files: 
setting headers to allow browser to cache the file until it's etag containing the creationdates of the used langfiles changes

e92087df31 - new validator for selectboxes (menupopup) 
- also used currently to supply options for predefined selectboxes (eg. select-cat), need to discuss if we want to fetch these per ajax

30ed6a8ab7 - added legacy-options parsing and defintions for currently implemented widgets 
- added more server-side debuging:
* etemplate_widget_template class can be called via url and displays parsed xml, eg:
  http://localhost/egroupware/etemplate/inc/class.etemplate_widget_template.inc.php?name=infolog.edit
  This is different from directly calling the xet file, as it show what got parsed and how:
  http://localhost/egroupware/infolog/templates/default/edit.xet
* etemplate_new class can be called via url to render an arbitrary template, eg:
  http://localhost/egroupware/etemplate/inc/class.etemplate_new.inc.php?name=timesheet.edit
  Thought not all are already rendered correct, eg. infolog.edit is not:
  http://localhost/egroupware/etemplate/inc/class.etemplate_new.inc.php?name=infolog.edit

510ce7c159 - using etemplate_request object and a etemplate_exec_id 
- "processing" the submit on serverside (no validation yet)
--> content returned by ajax call is not an hiearchical array: eg. "button[save]" => 1, instead of "button" => array("save" => 1)
- new call to etemplate_new::exec() is send back via new JSON generic et2_load response
--> how do we handle output of callback: a) debug output, eg. echos and b) echo "<html><head><script>window.close();</script></head></html>"; exit;

8c9fd0f636 Implemented usage of mutliple array-manager objects (the object which cares about proper namespacing etc.) for each supplied data manager part (like 'content', 'readonlys' etc.), renamed et2_contentArrayMgr.js to et2_arrayMgr.js, renamed et2_all.js to etemplate2.js and added an top-level object which cares about loading the template, creating the array managers etc. 2011-08-15 12:34:00 +00:00

b30fcc52f3 allow merge_print for emails on all applications (only one entry at a time, exept addressbook); addressbook merge_print with an email of one contact, the mail is stored with the draft folder and then opens the compose dialog, if used on multiple contacts, we try to send them right away. 2a71bab988 Fixed parts of EGW Stylite Bug #8260. Very wide images do not longer get displayed very broadly in the filemanager select widget. 
To achive this, some changes to the CSS were made and the ability to return thumbnails with a given size was added to etemplate/thumbnail.php. Miniature images with dimensions smaller than one pixel are now no longer created.
In this progress I discovered a minor security issue which might cause multiple egroupware instances to mix up their thumbnails in rare occasions. This was fixed by now hashing the image path together with the webserver url and the thumbnail size. In this progress, the thumbnail generation code has been restructured, making it faster and much easier to understand.

3d8fca332b More sensible handling of numeric columns: 
- If app doesn't specify columns to search, all columns except numerics with '_id', 'modified', 'modifier', 'status', 'cat_id', 'owner' will be considered
- Numeric columns will be searched only if the search string contains a numeric token.  'maintenance 50' is ok to search for, but for numeric columns only 50 will be searched.  
- Numeric columns are searched using equality, unless user puts in a wildcard.  Searching for 50 will only match 50, not 150 or 1950/04/10, but *50 will match 150.
- Text columns are searched using LIKE, including numeric search terms, as before.

cc0f8f3c28 An attempt to add more functionality to searching 
- All words are trimmed
- Double quotes require the exact phrase ("Nathan Gray" will not match Nathan Brown or Gray Power)
- Modifiers + and - before a word will require or exclude the word (+test -fail), otherwise word is ORed
- User language modifiers AND, OR and NOT (uppercase) will be parsed.
- Combinations: tracker entry -testing -"fatal error"
Note that "entry" will not match "entries", and the results are not sorted by match strength.

All applications that use so_sql for searching should gain these benefits.

ab598b8fcb fix for user changing the timezone while having an edit popup open (unfixed the timestamps would change by the differenz of the two timezones). This fix does eg. - from user perspectiv they are global cat like the existing ones
  (also comming in two flavors: global or for a certain app)
- admins can select to limit a global cat when they create it
--> all members of a given group have the cat as a global one
==> This does a silent modification of the categories table:

d889e92774 Add AJAX Select widget as a field type for custom fields. 
Select options can be provided using one of three different methods:
1.  key=value pairs, one per line, as for a selectbox
2.  @filename.php - The file must be in the egw root, and define an array named $options, that has key => value pairs
3.  Define the options normally used for the AJAX Select widget (get_rows, get_title, id_field) and it will pull values from the database, as normal.

Other options (icon, filter, template, link) can be used regardless of the method used to get the values.

- search($criteria,...) if $criteria is a string, search in all data
  columns or - if set - $this->columns_to_search
  --> that's NOT backward compatible - though a quick scan through the
      EGroupware code showed no use of $criteria as string!
- this automatic search, appends and prepends '%' only, if search
  pattern does NOT already contain wildcards (* or ?)
  --> allows to search "test*" for values starting with test
- improved handling of db timestamps (Y-m-d H:i:s), to allow to search
  for them too (eg. "2009-08-*")
- so_sql_cf::get_rows() now calls parent
- so_sql_cf::search() adds DISTINCT if query contains a join
--> ToDo: remove custom search code from apps, to give consitent search
behavior in all apps and simplify the code there

232252475f patch fixing many depricated functions (eg. posix regular expressions) and features, which fill up the error_log under php5.3 (and will no longer be available under php6). 
Patch is mostly created by script in egroupware/doc/fix_depricated.php in separate commit.
I do NOT advice to apply this patch to a production system (it's commited to trunk!), as the automatic modified regular expressions have a good change to break something ...

55d2aaa3ee Implemented symlinks for eGW's VFS: 
- sqlfs can store now symlinks (implements symlink and readlink)
- vfs resolves symlinks before calling a mounted stream-wrapper
--> symlinks can be between different mount-points
- filemanger can create symlinks and follows them
- etemplate vfs_widget displays symlinks (to be improved)

486a32e86d Refractured eTemplate to use: 
- the etemplate_request object which stores the request data in the
  a) session (as before) or
  b) compressed and encrypted in the form transmitted to the user
  Benefit of b) is that the session does not grow and the form can
  be submitted as long as the session exists, as we need no garbadge
  collection. Of cause more data needs to be submitt between
  browser and webserver. b) is choosen automatic if mcrypt and
  gzcompress are available, but can be turned off via setting
  etemplate_request::$request_class = 'etemplate_request_session';
- static class variables instead of the before used global ones
--> This new version of eTemplate is fully backward compatible with 1.6!

[] to the name of the widget, eg. "upload[]". In that case attaching a
file adds an other file upload via javascript direct under the current
upload and etemplate returns an array of files (each with keys

3b962e7064 Allow to set an explicit name for a tab_widget: "tabs=one|two|three" 
In the example the tab itself is named "tabs", with tabs "one", "two"
and "three". Therefore the name of the tab-widget (where the select tab
gets reported and used to disable a single tab) does no longer depend on
the available tabs. This allows for a deeper customization.
Examples on how to use it are in the next two commits: tracker and pm

e54f9ee079 Fixed encoding problems in WebDAV and vfs: 
- egw_vfs::download_url as not encoding + or ' ' in pathes
- HTTP_WebDAV_Server was urldecoding $_SERVER[PATH_INFO], which is
  wrong, as it is NOT encoded
- HTTP_WebDAV_Server was NOT urlencoding the pathes in PROPFIND
  responses, causing eg. cadaver not to be able to use dirs containing
  + or space

  + mime icon with integrated thumbnail creation
- link widget uses now vfs-mime for it's icons
- thumbnail creation is now switched on with size 32px by default, it can
  be switched of by the admin or user, in doing so explicitly
- mime-icons are moved from filemanager to etemplate, as not everyone
  installs filemanager
- filemanager has now 3 display modi:
  + Current directory (with subdirs always on top)
  + Subdirs sorted in
  + Files from subdirs (shows recursive all files and you
    can click on the path components thanks to new vfs widget)

5f9104250b fix for the optgroupfeature, which messed up some callback checking (validation) of the selected values. 
This is since the assumption of being an array as value of the selectkey is a sufficient marker to recognize an optgroup 
does not always match for optgroups only. Projectmember roles dialog employs select options with label/title arrays as value

You can pass the allowed/wanted fields to the header by passing an array of the wanted fields to the widget
through the options parameter (see the eTemplate editor for fields/cells). This array is passed on through
$cell['size']. By now the array passed through is only working, if it is the only entry in the optionsparameter.
The allowed fields array assumes an numerical indexed array of (an) array(s) with ['name'] tag(s) set.
The name provided assumes a preceding #. (e.g.: $allowed_fields[x]['name']='#MyCustomField')

3beb483c09 CSV Export for all eTemplate applications using the nextmatch widget to list their entries. The column names, labels and types can be set by the application or get autodetected by eTemplate. Admins can configure an export limit (max. number of entries to export) or disable the functionality completly for non-admins. The charset for the csv export can be configured in the common prefs. Applications can and have to turn the export explicitly off by setting ['nm']['csv_fields']=false. 8c6cb48d85 fix for bug #87: Infolog - Addressbook categories mixed in 1.2.x 
The select_widget allways used the cats of the current application. That's still the default, but it can be overwritten now via an option. The nextmatch_widget has now and optional parameter 'cat_app', which defaults to the app of the get_rows method.

0d0c9df4db some etemplate fixes: 
- date-widget does no longer set extension-data if readonly (not used and can conflict with other widgets using the same name, as it was the problem in PM)
- select-widget: fix for "can not unselect the last category"
- red error-messages have now a "white-space: nowrap" for nice formatting
- confirm-message did not quote single quotes (') correct, which caused the complete confirm dialog to fail and allways execute the button
- readonly textarea's without column and row specification are rendered now as <pre></pre> to only take space needed

- you can use now "!''" (exclemation mark plus 2 single quotes) as value in $filter and $criteria to search for not empty columns
- only_keys (columns to retrieve) can additionally be an array of column-names

2261ca5419 - dont write columns not set in $this->data 
- read used internal name of primary key, instead of db name (only matters if they differ)
- param column_prefix of constructor and setup_table, to automatic setup a conversation from internal name (without prefix) to the db-name with the prefix
--> I will commit this bugfixes after a short testing period to 1.2 too
