04a8cd4f60 WIP EGroupware Tutorial: 
- Implement video navigation on popup
- Implement introduction video with user confirmation dialog based on session
- New layout for tutorials list both in sidebar and popup
- Separate tutorials styles to be able to set different styles base on templates

4ce9b93bb2 Activate the new structure of egw framework. 
- jdots: egw_fw_ui and egw_fw are removed and replace with the new files fw_ui, and fw_jdots
- work in progress of mobile framework (Mobile framework is not activated yet)
