0f692fbb74 fix lavatar shows same letters for every contact not having a photo 
caused by wrongly falling back to the contact with contact_id equal to account_id of current user
also fix TypeError if remote search does not return an array

acc9deee85 mail_compose::ajax_searchAddress() returns now icon, if there is a real photo stored 
no need for client to always try querying it
also improved performance by not sending one query for each contact to get email-custom-fields (if existing)

Static account options added to CalendarOwner were blocking the group data needed, fixed by using sent options over account options

0e011c63e7 Calendar: More work on drag vs jiggle click 
Now user must drag into the next time block to start drag to create.  Any movement inside the same time block is treated as a click.

If select still had key=>value options, they were not converted before export.  Fixes missing values in merge.
